Guest rental agreement required - available from Cindy Myre, rental agent.

Summary:
Rental period Saturday 3 PM through Saturday 10 AM.
Mid-week rentals possible upon availability.
No smoking inside buildings please!
Guests are responsible to leave property clean and in same condition
as beginning of occupancy period.
Guests are responsible to ensure that all members of their party behave
in a manner not to create a nuisance to neighboring properties.

We prefer you leave pets at home; cats are not permitted (owner allergies).
If you choose to bring your pet, the cost will be an addditional $150/wk
and you MUST notify Cindy when making a reservation.
All pets must be on a leash.
If additional clean-up is required,
guests will be charged for cleaners time.
Guests bringing pets are responsible for clean-up.
