Policies
Guest rental agreement required - available from Cindy Myre, rental agent.

Summary:
Rental period Saturday 3 PM through Saturday 10 AM.
Mid-week rentals possible upon availability.
No smoking inside buildings please!
Guests are responsible to leave property clean and in same condition
as beginning of occupancy period.
Guests are responsible to ensure that all members of their party behave
in a manner not to create a nuisance to neighboring properties.

We prefer you leave pets at home; cats are NOT permitted (owner allergies).
If you choose to bring your dog you MUST notify Cindy when making a reservation.
An additional $150 refundable deposit is REQUIRED for dogs.
If extra clean-up is required in the homes,
guests will be charged for cleaner’s time.
After cleaning, the remaining balance of the deposit will be refunded to guests.
All dogs must be on a leash.
Guests with dogs are responsible for yard clean-up.
